Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and you must meet the following conditions:
- Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item is in its original packaging with all original tags attached
- Item is unworn, unaltered, and unused
- Item is not a final sale or clearance item
How to Request a Return

Please ensure you provide your order number, reason for return, and any other relevant details to facilitate a smooth return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@elovena.shop and we will investigate further.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
